Only fault, and was not really a fault was we wanted a more neon type green for our jerseys. (visibility). Otherwise service and quality was exceptional.

The payment system when ordering on your website doesn't work. Even the link sent later didn't work. Thanks to Owayo Rep *** the problem was resolved. This happened on my last 3 orders!

Top quality, Top service, Top delivery! Support staff are friendly, helpful and competent! My only "complaint": Long arm items have too long and too loose sleeves. Love Owayo anyway!

The order procedure is user friendly. The design verification process provides timely feedback and is very helpful. I would like to see more design options for the bike jerseys. Is there an option to submit a completely custom design for jerseys and shorts.

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. Every question I had was answered without delay by ***. Had a specific design in mind and used the online design tool with ease. I uploaded the required images but wanted the images to be part of the design which I was having trouble doing a quick email once again to *** and everything was sorted.
